- Bumped to v1.1.9
- Change Boundary to only send to Panorama on alert (Task #2236) - fixed some
  minor bugs related to the tmp_panaroma_anomaly_file and add missing move_file
  argument in boundary.py.  Added algorithm as it is required if the metric has
  multiple rules covering a number of algorithms.
